Am I Charged Sales Tax? TOP
Sales tax applies to all orders shipped to Illinois addresses only. All other states are not charged sales tax!

When should I expect my order? TOP
Delivery times for most orders are 2-3 business days. Some of our items are personalized and handmade and these items usually take 2-3 weeks to process and ship. Please see item description for estimated delivery time.

How do I check the status of my order? TOP

You may check the status of your order at anytime using the "Order Tracking" category at the top and bottom of the page. This will allow you to view all of your order details and status.

How do I return an item? TOP

We accept returns of items purchased from Brea’s Baby Boutique with 14 days of purchase. We will happily refund all returns that have original tags, unworn, and all accessories included to receive a full refund. At this time we do not do exchanges, only refunds, where we will issue a credit back to the account that you made at purchase. Please allow 5 business days for us to process your return once we receive your return item..

· Shipping charges will not be refunded with you credit.

· When returning items it is the buyer’s responsibility to pay for shipping charges.

· It can take up to one billing cycle for credits to post and clear.
